The vacuum suction cup is used in vacuum systems for pick-and-place operations. The main selection criteria for suction cups are material, shape and diameter. This bellows type vacuum cup can be used to lift materials witha curved, angled surface or surfaces with varying heights. The suction cup is made from black chloroprene rubber (CR) and is recommended for universal use. Please see our datasheet with material specifications.
The diameter of the suction cup is 9 mm and the stroke (cup deflection) is 3.5 mm. The connection port is M5 and the nominal diameter is 1.3 mm. The shore hardness is 45-55 Type A. The suction cup is suitable for temperatures between -40 °C and 110 °C (-40 °F and 230 °F).

SCL series
The SCL series vacuum suction cups come with round and oval shapes, both possible as flat or bellows cups. They are available in different materials, such as NBR, Silicone, SBR, Polyurethane (PUR), Chloroprene Rubber (CR) or NR (natural rubber). The large choice of materials makes them suitable for a wide range of different applications. The diameter of round suction cup ranges from 5 to 225 mm. The oval suction cups are available in 15×5 and 100×35 mm. They have different strokes varying from 0.5 to 30 mm (the bellows suction cups have higher strokes). The suction cups can be either with a pre-installed fitting or without fittings. They are available with additional features like support ribs, suction strainer, ear clamps, robust lips, thin lips and double safety lips.
