This is an aluminum air atomizer that combines filtered compressed air with liquid media that needs to be atomized into small particles. The quantity of liquid can be adjusted using the needle, but the quantity of compressed air it will intake has to be adjusted via external regulators and bidirectional control valves.
Forming of drops is possible on the nozzle after extended use. The nozzle has to be attached in a way that prevents negative influence of formed drops.
