Air Knife 1800mm Wide

This is an aluminum air knife, designed to remove large quantities of dirt, chippings, and water or air cool several objects at the same time. It is 1800 mm long and has a G 1/4″ female air inlet port. It is suitable for temperatures ranging from -40 to 260°C (-40 to 500°F).

Compressed air is blown out over the entire length, through a 0.05 mm thick slit. In the process, the surrounding air is drawn along, generating an air curtain that consists of almost 25 times the initial volume of input air. At 5 bar (63 psi), the curtain consumes 9 m³ of compressed air per minute and outputs 225 m³/min.
