CIL-12mm Foot Mount Steel ISO-6432 MCMI [5 Pieces]

This foot flange is designed for fixed mounting of ISO 6432 pneumatic cylinders with a 12 mm diameter. If your cylinder doesn’t adhere to the ISO standard, you need to ensure the flange can mount properly to the cylinder’s cap-end. They allow for easy assembly and disassembly. They create a rigid mounting, which means the cylinder must be properly aligned to the load. They should be used on the front and back end of the cylinder (2 needed). This foot mount flange is slid over the cylinder’s housing and then uses a bolt to screw onto the cylinder housing and secure the mounting plate. The mounting plate then has a bend of 90° and two holes in the flange to use bolts to secure it to the mounting surface parallel to the cylinder’s rod. They are made out of steel.

The Mindman MCMI mounting accessories for the cap-end consists of fixed mounting options in the form of a flange or foot mounts. Both allow for easy assembly and disassembly and a secure mounting connection. Flanges are mounted to the back (pushing application), front (pulling application), or two flanges are used (application does both). For foot mounts, there should always be one on the front and back.
