The Cooling Systems Backflush tool is a unique product because it is a simple fix to a simple problem. Previously technicians would have had to take the hose off the car and develop a make-shift way to fix a clog, adding time to their job. Simply remove the radiator cap & drain the coolant. Remove the heater hoses from the engine & place the stepped adapter end of the THX356 Backflush Tool into the hose opposite the one that is connected to the water pump. Connect the adapter to the water supply. Turn the water supply on & open the valve to allow water to flow through the heater core. Once you see clear, clean water, the heater core is clean.
