This steel cap-end flange is designed for fixed mounting of 15552 & 21287 pneumatic cylinders with a 50 mm diameter. If your cylinder doesn’t adhere to the ISO standard, you need to ensure the flange can mount properly to the cylinder’s cap-end. Cap-end flanges allow for easy assembly/disassembly, have a good centerline force transfer, have little tolerance for mounting misalignment, but the location of the flange is important to minimize bending stresses. Flanges are mounted to the back (pushing applications), front (pulling application), or two flanges are used (application does both). This mounting plate has four holes to bolt to the cylinder and four holes outside of those to then mount to the mounting surface.

FAC series
The Mindman MCQV & MCQI2 mounting accessories for the cap-end consists of flanges, foot mounts, and clevises. This range allows for fixed mounting (flange and foot mounting) and the ability to do fixed pivot mounting (female, male, or male angled clevis). They are easily attached to ISO 15552 or 21287 (32-100mm) with four bolts. The clevises are always mounted to the back of the cylinder, the foot mounts should be mounted to both the front and the back (same component) and the flange can be back, front, or both. The necessary pins for the clevises are also available within this series.
