Five-year extended warranty for air-cooled product (built after April 1st, 2008) offers 4 years parts and labor (5th year parts only) coverage. This is a perfect addition to any standby generator to help ensure that your new Generac generator stays in the perfect working condition under the toughest experiences.

• Must be purchased before one year (12 months) after initial purchase date to be valid

• Unit must be registered before extended warranty can be issued

• Service period begins from date of original generator purchase – NOT on the purchase date of extended warranty

• Proof of purchase must be available upon request

• Unit must be under a scheduled maintenance contract with a Generac Authorized Service Installer

• Proof of scheduled maintenance must be provided at the time of warranty claim is made

• CorePower (model 5837) and EcoGen (model 5818) are not eligible.
