The lubricator introduces a fine mist of oil into the pneumatic air to reduce internal friction of pneumatic parts. Most modern pneumatic equipment doesn’t need lubrication, only use a lubricator if downstream equipment requires it. The recommended lubricating oil type is ISO-VG32 turbine oil. This model has G 3/8 inch ports.
The maximum input pressure is 10.0 bar (145 psi) and the temperature range is between -5 and 60 °C (23 and 140 °F). The lubricator requires a minimal flow rate of 33 l/min and can hold 76 cm3 of oil. The housing material is made out of aluminium and the lubricator has a bowl made of plastic. The bowl is transparent with double wall. It has a mounting bracket to mount it to a wall or your machine.
