MB-11 Touch Up

Restore the beauty of your calcite-based stones.

MB-11® Touch Up is a specialized polishing powder designed for spot restoration of “water stains” or “rings” on polished marble, travertine, and other calcite-based stones. This unique blend of abrasives and catalysts makes polishing simple—no power tools needed. Best suited for lighter stones, MB-11® Touch Up restores surfaces to a brilliant shine with ease.

Note: All powders are packed by weight, not volume.

Directions for Use:

1. Test first on a spare tile or inconspicuous area before full application.
2. Wear rubber gloves when handling the product.
3. Apply 1/8 teaspoon of powder to the affected area.
4. Mist the powder with water from a spray bottle or add a few drops to form a wet paste.
5. Using a clean, slightly damp white cotton cloth, rub the area until dry.
6. For a professional finish, mist the area again and use the same cloth to buff in circular motions with light pressure, followed by a fast back-and-forth motion with more pressure until the stone is dry and polished.
7. Repeat if necessary.
8. To remove any remaining residue, clean with MB-5 Stone & More Multi-Surface Spray Cleaner.

Seal Your Stone – The Water Test

• Pour a tablespoon of water onto the stone and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
• If the stone looks unchanged, sealing is not needed.
• If the area darkens, sealing is recommended.
• Use MB-24 Barrier for added protection after polishing.
