This manually adjustable pressure relief valve is used to protect pneumatic devices from damage caused by overpressure. If the pressure at the inlet exceeds the set pressure, the valve will release pressure to the outlet side. This pressure relief valve has a G 1/4 inch inlet and outlet ports. The reaction pressure can be set between 0.1 and 3 bar (1.45-43.51 psi) and the maximum overpressure is 2.1 bar (30.46 psi). The maximum overpressure is the amount by which the actual inlet pressure can exceed the set pressure when the maximum flow rate is reached. The maximum flow rate is 300 l/min. The housing is made of zinc die-cast and the sealing from NBR. Suitable for a temperature range of -10 and 60 °C (14 and 140 °F). It has a pressure gauge with a 0 – 6 bar display range. Despite being similar in function, this valve cannot replace a safety valve and cannot be used to regulate the outlet pressure.
