This vortex is ideal for spot cooling. It has an air inlet and male threaded cold air outlet. Incoming compressed air is separated, by a Vortex generator, into a cold and hot air stream that exit the tube at the opposite ends. The difference between the temperatures of the inlet and outlet is controlled via an adjustable flow control valve. The air quantity reduces when the set temperature is reduced. Always use filtered, unoiled compressed air.
Suitable for cooling of solder points, hot glue or adhesives, spot welds, liquid chocolate in food processing plants, etc. Supplied with yellow, red, blue and brown generators and an adjustable coolant hose for cold air and magnetic foot.
